Athletic Office

Welcome to Royal High School Athletics!  We are extremely proud of our sports teams, our coaching staff and, especially, our student athletes.  We compete in twenty sports and consistently produce athletes who graduate to competitive play in the NCAA.  Royal High School has a rich tradition in high school sports competition and all our athletes adhere to the principles of Pursuing Victory with Honor.  Our coaches and athletes also adhere to the Code of Ethics that calls on them to maintain quality character on and off the playing field.

In order to participate in a sport, student athletes must first be cleared by the Athletic Director.  Certain forms are required for clearance:

Paperwork/forms are being updated for the 2014-2015 school year.  They will be available soon.

In addition, the Athletic Director will check the student's  grades for the last reporting period.  Student athletes must maintain a 2.00 GPA or higher and not have more than one U in citizenship or one F to be eligible to participate in their sport.

Both students and their parents should read the Athletic Handbook.  When you sign the signature form included with the Sports Physical, you agree that you understand and will abide by the rules set forth in the Athletic Handbook.

Please feel free to contact our Athletic Office with any questions or concerns:
